Why does my husband want sex all the time?

We are not newlyweds. My husband and I have been married for 7 years. We used to make love about 3 or 4 times a week, but for the past few months, he wants to have sex about 4 times a day. I have actually started sleeping on the couch, because every time I go to bed he is all over me. Sometimes I just want to cuddle, but I can't because he gets so horny. What causes a man to get this way? I don't want to complain or deny him sex, but this is getting ridiculous.

Join the club honey, he's a man. Just be gentle with setting boundaries. I explain it to my husband like this. I feel about back massages the way he feels about sex, so until he's ready to give me a back massage 4 times a day he shouldn't expect that much sex from me. Whatever you do, try your hardest to initiate it when you can and try not to shut him down in the moment.
