How can you tell how many girls a guys had sex with?

i can tell who's a virgin and who's not but with guys who've already had sex, how can you tell how many women he's banged?

Im trying to figure out how many this one guy had sex with. He's pretty old.

You should try asking him. He's probably going to up the number but at least you'll have a ballpark idea of it.
