Having enough energy to life weights regularly and have sex on a regular basis?

Yes, I know, a strange and embarrassing question. My boyfriend is looking for a vitamin or a shake that will give him extra energy to keep lifting weights yet while still having sex on a regular basis. Over the last few months he has noticed weight loss and muscle loss. We have an active sex life, but he wants to keep building muscle.

My boyfriend is a personal trainer and also lifts weights a lot. We also have sex a lot and his energy levels are fine. Theres no magical pill that will give him energy to do both. Maybe he needs to get some more sleep. Maybe you should just be on top when yo uhave sex so he can just lay there.
