What are reasons that the opposite sex would like to bring the other sex down all the time?

Especially if they're in a really happy mood, confident and happy with themselves...

Often if it is the same sex, we assume it is envy, etc...what if it is the opposite sex who treats you like this...what are ALL possible reason (other than liking them, etc)

Because it makes them feel better about themselves.


They try to elevate themselves by tearing down people different from themselves. and then to try and hide this, they pseudoscientifically attribute it to something unchangeable like gender.
